The first Sierakowska pizza
Yesterday we made a pizza… in a combination oven. Sure, it came out worse than in the oven, but it was still better than from a pizzeria 🙂 We’ll still refine it – for now we’re learning how to use the new device. A few simple dishes came out well: sausages baked with cheese, croutons… and today the baked potatoes came out great. The proof that they were delicious can be…

Half a glass of milk...
Bread - the beginnings
Why did I start baking bread? I don't remember what tempted me... Maybe it was that my dad baked bread at home a few times. But somehow it came out differently. I remember the taste - it went well with the processed cheese 🙂 Maybe it's that bread from the bakery is getting worse. And the better one is getting more expensive... Or maybe it's just that family feelings woke up in me...
A simple recipe for buns from a combi-cooker
Ingredients more or less: 1.5 cups of 450 wheat flour 1/2 cup of water 15 g of yeast 2 g of salt (a pinch) Preparation: Knead the dough and form 7 balls - they will be arranged cleverly in the combi-cooker. It is good to spray the buns with water. Set aside to rise for at least 30 minutes. Pour a few spoons of water into the combi-cooker bowl and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C on the upper rack.
