Second green series
I finished the green yarn and the yarn finished me.
This time I didn't correct the colors so that I could compare how I see the selvedges and how the camera sees them 😉
The warp is the same as in the case of brown selvedges. So this series is a bit wider than the previous green ones. Swastikas fit in elegantly. I also went a step further in the variations on the Wrocław selvedge and made something like a branch with small leaves. There is also a quite effective, although simple zigzag. And fantastic rhombuses, which I think are liked not only by me, but also by many haberdashers from different eras (a popular pattern... always).
I keep admiring these selvedges and I wonder how it is possible for them to be created on a shoulder strap… :) best regards
Thank you, thank you.
In the next post you can see the first selvedge from the left in the production process and its warp is very visible 🙂
Is this really bard-like?
I have no idea how you did it. 🙂
Maybe I'll write a manual someday, who knows 🙂
