Shopping

The shop contains offers for the sale of handicrafts containing photos and descriptions of products and prices. The customer accepts the offer by placing an order and providing true personal data necessary for the execution of the contract. The contract is concluded at the moment of accepting the order for execution. The given product prices are total prices, and VAT is not charged. Delivery costs are added to the price of the order, where applicable.

Woven products in the form of tapes can be cut to the desired length. The smallest sales unit is 10 cm in length. The description provides the price per meter and for the smallest unit. The customer can choose the number of units they want to buy. The purchased goods are shipped in one piece.

Payments

You can pay for your order by transfer to the store owner's bank account or by payment card within 7 days from the date of acceptance of the order for fulfillment.

Order fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled immediately and no later than 30 days from the date of crediting the bank account. Information about the deadlines related to the execution of the order, including the delivery of the goods, is sent via e-mail. The seller is obliged to deliver the goods without defects.

The seller reserves the right to cancel the order in the event of unavailability of the goods and undertakes to return the payments made by the customer. Such a situation may occur if the product is sold outside the online store on a given day or for other reasons, including random ones.

Complaints

In the event of a defect in the goods, the buyer has the possibility to file a complaint based on the statutory warranty. Complaints should be reported using the contact details provided. Using the complaint submission templates is not required. The costs of returning the goods and re-delivery in the event of a complaint being accepted are borne by the store owner. Additional costs incurred by the customer, exceeding the cheapest standard method of delivery, will not be refunded.

Withdrawal from the contract

In the case of consumers, it is possible to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the item. The consumer must inform the store owner of their decision using the contact details provided. Items can be returned by sending them to the correspondence address or in person after setting a convenient date. The goods can be unpacked and initially checked, but cannot be used. Goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly individualized are excluded from the provisions on returns. Using the model withdrawal form is not required. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer.
