Laces and ribbons

The material crisis has passed with the arrival of a full bundle of yarn. The colors will now be quite natural, and the selvedges will be difficult, because the wool is hard and rough. If so, I will make it more difficult and make the selvedges very patterned. When you have leftover materials at your disposal, you can create such "miracles": The selvedge is made of cotton cord. It is 3 cm wide and 2.3 m long. I finished it with fringes on both sides. It is pleasant to the touch and quite stiff. I will boldly put it this way: it is showy 😉

Among the dwindling supplies of yarn I had 2 skeins of pure thick wool. The red and white look beautiful. I'm just a little sad that the association with the national flag comes to some people as if with simultaneous disgust or a kind of shame.
