Pasamo... with passion
I worked on this border for quite a long time, but it's finally here. I finished it in Ląd. I'm only posting about it now, because I couldn't handle the photo. It's hopeless anyway... but let others take care of photography 😀
The length is 8.7 m and the width is 2.8 cm. The material is a nice yarn made from a mixture of real sheep wool and acrylic 😉 Of course, as usual, I made it using a bardek.

Today I won’t hide my pride in the woven selvedges 🙂 The impulse to get down to work came from Jadobra, who wanted a belt with S-straps. Just last year I wove two woolen selvedges for friends so they could sew historical clothes. The first one has nicely matched colors, because I didn’t choose them 😉 The gray with red looks great. The pattern is my own idea – a simple pattern, but I think it’s quite charming. The width of the selvedge is 1.7 cm, length 7.7 m….
From making a selvedge to publishing its image sometimes leads a long way. Through the forests of photographs… I was so happy that my camera took pictures almost by itself. Lately I only corrected the frame (and even that is not always) and the size. This time it was different. Red wool has always been difficult for me.
