Pasamo... with passion
Today I invite you here. For some time now I have been a member of the team that creates the blog "Prząśniczka". But only now can I call myself a participant, because I have just published my first post. It concerns a belt made using the backstrap technique.

Someone took a picture of me during the festival in Ląd. I like it a lot, especially since it's not often that you see a shot without contemporary accents. Our father director chose a good spot for the camp. The picture comes from the Szlak Piastowski website.
Since I already have a weaving belt, I started using it to weave selvedges. Without my esteemed… lower back, it looks like this: It is incredibly comfortable. And most importantly, it is easy and quick to get ready for work. When the kettle whistle starts to blow, you can free yourself in a few seconds… before the water burns 😉
First, I want to reassure some people: it's not that much. But maybe we should exaggerate? There's always a way to make a nice amount of selvedges from a small amount. This time I came up with this idea: By the way, a little selvedge spoiler 😉 Sometimes I realize that I'm weaving just so I can stare at the effects...
It finally dawned on me that the summer season is over. That is, the season of travel, dealing with various matters and general madness. Of course, the pleasant madness that makes you live. I have several successful ventures behind me, and for one of them, clear confirmation embedded in plastic. Now it will be an open time. Because all ideas can be started to be implemented. Without hanging deadlines…
Have a backstrap and make a backstrap… Backstrap is actually a term for a belt with which the weaver attaches to the fabric being created.
