In Ląd, it finally dawned on me that it would be necessary to take care of Seweryn's historical clothes. It is obvious that a shoemaker walks without shoes, but this cannot be transferred to his loved ones. A shirt that I sewed last year required particularly quick intervention - a new shirt, but without trims, with scabbed (oh, the spell checker knows this word) edges...

Another selvedge has been photographed 🙂 This is probably the longest of my selvedges – it is 10.65 m long. The width is 2.7 cm. The pattern is a combination of a zigzag and a herringbone. In the background and on the edges you can see dots, which came out by using a lighter thread.

Today, I am happy and proud to present new technically and visually advanced selvedges 🙂 I have long wondered whether the warp-pulling method could be used to obtain more colorful selvedges. Up until now, I have been weaving two-color patterns. Of course, I am not mentioning the fact that the warp can be divided lengthwise into stripes of different colors.
