Janek presents blue selvedges
When taking pictures of the selvedges, Janek usually pushes himself in front of the lens. And this time he lay down on the skin and didn't want to leave.
I wove 2 selvedges, but you could say that I created 4. The right and left sides are simply different enough that the patterns have multiplied 🙂
As material I used tapestry wool, thick and coarse. The selvedges came out stiff, suitable for lacing.

Hehe my dachshund always squeezes into the photos too, not to mention how much she helps me with sewing and weaving! Her favorite activity is sitting on what I need the most 😉
I thought it was just cats. Sitting is quite specific, perfidious and disarming 🙂
