A simple recipe for buns from a combi-cooker

Ingredients more or less:

1.5 cups of 450 wheat flour
half a glass of water
15g of yeast
2 g salt (a pinch)

Execution:

Knead the dough and form 7 balls – they will arrange themselves cleverly in the combination cooker.
It is a good idea to spray the rolls with water.
Set aside to rise for at least 30 minutes.
Pour a few tablespoons of water into the combi cooker bowl and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C on the upper rack.

  • Yeast from the combi-vark

I am slowly breaking down my anti-skills in baking cakes. I approached yeast cakes methodically. I started by gathering information. It turns out that there are many ways to bake yeast cakes. I concluded that I can afford to be nonchalant. So I took the advice I didn't know, averaged the proportions of ingredients and calibrated the quantities so that the cake would fit in my combi-baker. • The first Sierakowska pizza

Yesterday we made a pizza… in a combination oven. Sure, it came out worse than in the oven, but it was still better than from a pizzeria 🙂 We’ll still refine it – for now we’re learning how to use the new device. A few simple dishes came out well: sausages baked with cheese, croutons… and today the baked potatoes came out great. The proof that they were delicious can be…

  • Bread - the beginnings

Why did I start baking bread? I don't remember what tempted me... Maybe it was that my dad baked bread at home a few times. But somehow it came out differently. I remember the taste - it went well with the processed cheese 🙂 Maybe it's that bread from the bakery is getting worse. And the better one is getting more expensive... Or maybe it's just that family feelings woke up in me...

  • Bread with insert

Recently, my passion for haberdashery has been intertwined with my passion for baking. Both have produced nice results. I present stuffed bread. Stuffed with meat. In addition to the visible Silesian sausage, there was a version with mozzarella and ham, as well as bacon and onion. The photo is a bit sloppy, because I was thinking about the taste, not the photography. I only baked a few copies while baking bread normally. Because these…

  • A Brief History of the Bun

It's been almost a year since my first rolls 🙂 I baked them as a result of an urgent need – the evening before the May Day holiday, it was impossible to buy bread (I wonder why? ;)) A few days earlier, I baked pizza with a small change – without eggs and with water instead of milk. This successful pizza experiment prompted me to make rolls from the same dough…
