Pastures grazing
Last year I decided to put a bit more threads on the very, design a more complicated pattern, weave a piece and leave a selvedge like that to show the technique of pulling out. My presentation lasted even 2 months, but I couldn't stop weaving and had to rework the entire warp.
In September I made myself a second warp to present weaving techniques during the Biskupin Festival. Unfortunately, this time it went worse, because the selvedge was finished on Monday, so it lasted 3 days 😉 Well, I expected it to be more difficult to weave, but it's nice to be wrong.
Weaving was pure pleasure and I am pleased with the result. I love this pattern and will probably repeat it in different colors. Suns and spiders appear among others in Lithuanian selvedges, and their arrangement is my private contribution.
Asia, I love your works!
And I like yours 🙂 I just entered your blog http://tesi-tworstwo.blogspot.com/ and I'll connect to it right away 🙂
