Sunday dinner

Ależ my teraz jesteśmy trendi 😉 Normalnie światowi ludzie i nie byle kto… 😛

  • What fun – muffins

To be honest, I was very surprised by the spasmodic enthusiasm for the muffin. The more I heard and read about the muffin, the more I was put off. The name is silly, the origin is uninteresting… 😉 However, you can’t avoid the muffin – it will get anyone. And that’s good. Fantastic fun. spontaneous whim + blueberries = my modest flock of muffins (there were 10, but I didn’t have time to get out my camera) disappearing quickly…

  • Fixed goulash

As I wrote before, you can't count on posting regularly. Today, an overdue description of a good goulash, which served as a sort of cover-up after the failed one. A classic goulash in its own sauce, served with buckwheat. I was honestly surprised by the taste of the vegetables, fried at a high temperature. In the pan landed: onion, garlic, half-live rosemary, carrot, pepper, tomato... and a magic spice in...

  • Zucchini

You can weave a lot, but sometimes you have to eat something. Sometimes something so good that it's worth publishing 😉 You can buy vegetables all year round, but now they are the most wonderful. The tomatoes smell so... I can't describe it. The zucchini is fresh and almost crunchy. Add beautiful mushrooms and young onion. Here is stuffed zucchini. One-pot. You make rings out of zucchini, fill them with...

  • The first Sierakowska pizza

Yesterday we made a pizza… in a combination oven. Sure, it came out worse than in the oven, but it was still better than from a pizzeria 🙂 We’ll still refine it – for now we’re learning how to use the new device. A few simple dishes came out well: sausages baked with cheese, croutons… and today the baked potatoes came out great. The proof that they were delicious can be…

  • Om nom nom cookies

I recently learned how to bake shortbread cookies. I know, I know, it's quite simple... The fact that they came out great the first time I tried them is proof of that. After all, I had a good recipe, because it came from my mother (greetings :D). My first shortbread cookies - miraculously saved especially for the photo: A week ago I made the cookies again and they tasted even better. Now I have...

    Friends to eat

I have been learning to grow plants at home for some time now. They are slowly starting to grow 🙂 I like talking to them and I manage to start a kind of dialogue. Anyone who has ever had flowers will not laugh at all, because they probably understand. In difficult times, plants help. While writing my thesis, they gave me encouragement, especially Zrosłych. He is such a special type…
