The starting material for the dyeing game was a piece of white linen cloth and a linen thread called twine. I measured a circle with a plate, cut it out, hemmed it and rubbed it wet with alum. I am spinning

…with a very small “pe”. I carved the spindle myself, but it’s not very crooked 😉 The spindle is perfectly balanced, because it was bought from Lepiglina. The shop-bought top is ready. The results? Sometimes the spindle turns, sometimes it doesn’t, it spins sideways, untwists, falls, the yarn breaks, “pillows” form, or the thread is extremely thin.
